INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

In order to run a global shop for Shell, it is important that we can easily get our products into the hands of our customers.

We have the ability to provide and deliver our products to over 220 countries and destinations worldwide due to our partnership with one of the world’s leading global courier services. Our standard delivery rates enable delivery to the EU within 2-5 days and delivery to the rest of the world within 5-10 days. Depending on the urgency of your order, we can offer specialist freight services to meet your delivery requirements as best as we can.

Please note that pricing for our customers based in the UK is quoted in GBP, customers based in Europe in EUR and for the rest of the world, prices are quoted in USD.

Calculating the cost of Delivery

Delivery charges will vary depending on the number of products you order, the weight and size of the products, and the destination that these items are to be shipped to. This is automatically calculated by our system.

Please be aware that the price charged upon placing an order is an estimation, and whilst this is accurate and correct for most orders, this price could be subject to change should you be ordering a large quantity of items that need to be boxed and palletised. If for any reason the price of the delivery does change, a member of our account team will contact you to discuss the changes to ensure that you are still happy to proceed with the order.

Depending on the size of your order, your goods may be shipped in individually labelled boxes, or alternatively for larger orders, goods will come palletised. Our Warehouse will use there many years of experience to determine the best way to ship the goods. If the size of the delivery is a concern, or you would prefer to have goods shipped in a particular way, it is your responsibility to contact us and let us know how you would like the goods to be packed and shipped. If there is any deviation from our normal shipping procedures that result in an additional cost, then you will be liable for an additional payment to cover the delivery of your items.

Exporting Outside of the EU

All goods will be sent "DAP" - Delivered at Place - as standard. This means that Shop Central will arrange for carriage to the stated delivery address, but that the buyer remains responsible for all costs related to import clearance.

Some countries have strict rules around what goods can be imported and which cannot. Furthermore, the documentation that has to be sent with an order can vary from country to country, and we may need to produce commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and other test certificates in order to ensure the goods can clear local customs. When this happens our team will work to provide the required documentation and if there is a delay in obtaining this, we will contact you to let you know and to give you a revised despatch date. As soon as the all necessary documentation is available, your goods will be despatched. Please be aware that our team cannot be held responsible for a delay in shipping your goods when additional documentation has to be obtained.

If you have an import broker that you normally work with our team can get in touch with them in order to speed up the process of getting your products to you. Please let our customer services team know if this is something you would like us to do, and we will get in touch with your broker to ensure the products arrive safely and in a timely manner.

Tracking Your Delivery

Most of the orders we process will be sent by recorded delivery. When your order has been despatched we will provide a tracking number for the delivery via email. You will also be able to view this information in the ‘My Orders’ section of your account.

If on the delivery date you are not present to take receipt of your goods, our couriers will normally attempt a second delivery free of charge. If you need your goods to be delivered during a specific time window, it will be your responsibility to contact the courier to arrange an alternative delivery time.

Where possible, your order will be tracked by a member of the team until we have confirmation that the delivery has been made. We strive to offer the highest standard of customer service and will aim to reply to any enquiries that you may have within 24hrs. Other Delivery Options

We are aware that at times you may prefer to arrange for your goods to be collected from our warehouse using your own courier. If this is the case, please contact us so we can arrange the collection once your order is ready.
